The Form Four Leavers Mentorship Festival and Talent Extravaganza is all about guiding and empowering you as you take the next steps in your journey after high school. Our mission is to help you look beyond your exam results and find a path that aligns with your passions, skills, and dreams.

Through a mix of mentorship, career exploration, and talent showcases, we provide you with a platform to explore various opportunities. Whether you're interested in traditional careers like medicine, law, or engineering, or you're drawn to creative fields like the arts, media, performance, or digital content creation, this festival is here to help you discover what’s possible for your future.

LAY OF THE LAND

The festival is more than just a one-time event—it’s a comprehensive, three-phased journey designed to support you before, during, and after the summit. Here’s how it works:

PRE-SUMMIT ORIENTATION

From December to February, we run an orientation program to help you arrive at the summit fully prepared. This phase includes career guidance, skill-building workshops, and mindset development to ensure you get the most out of the festival experience.

NATIONAL SUMMIT

Taking place during the first-term midterms (or holidays), the summit is a high-energy event filled with mentorship workshops, career talks, talent showcases, and interactive sessions. It’s designed to officially welcome you into adulthood and equip you with the tools to confidently navigate your future.

CAREER PATH ELEVATION

Our support doesn’t stop once the summit ends. We continue to offer personalized mentorship and guidance tailored to your specific career path. Whether you’re aiming for a career in medicine, engineering, or the arts, you’ll receive ongoing support to help you excel in your chosen field.

SUPPORTING PROGRAMS FOR HOLISTIC GROWTH

TEACHER ENGAGEMENT
